About Advertising on DOA: DOA (www.adequacy.net) is a growing online music magazine with thousands of unique hits every week. We update every weekday with new CD reviews as well as interviews, mp3 and concert reviews, and other music related content. Our dedicated writers focus mainly on independent music, but we believe we offer more variety than any other online publication.
We have two placements for your advertisement. The top page banner is standard size (468x60 pixels) and the ad at the top of the right column is 225x50 or 225x100 pixels. The larger banner ad appears on virtually every page of DOA and refreshes on each page load. The smaller ad appears on most pages, but not every one.
Our prices fit the budgets of independent record labels, bands, and others in the music industry. Your ad will be placed into rotation with other advertisers - each time a page is loaded or reloaded a new ad will display randomly and is linked directly to your desired website or e-mail address. If you would like to purchase exclusive placement (i.e. no other ads in your slot for a month or more) please contact us to discuss. Our statistics show that DOA’s readers view multiple pages per visit, so you ad will likely be viewed more often than many similar websites.
Advertising Rates: We think our ads are comparable to other online publications and account for the number of hits we receive. Ad space can be purchased in one month blocks with a discount for multiple month purchases. Your ad will run for 30 days and will appear on the site within four days of payment clearing, as long as we have received your ad and it meets our size requirements.

Full banner (top of page): One month: $20 Three months: $50
Small banner (top right of most pages): One month: $10 Three months: $25
Ad details: • Ads can be linked to the website of your choice. • If you choose the multi-month options, you may update/change your ad at any time in that period. Just send us the new one with directions. • Rotating and animated banner ads (animated gifs) are ok. Unfortunately, we cannot support flash files due to our script limitations. • Please try to keep ad size to 30k or less.
